What’s the best yarn to crochet a spa set with?
The best yarn to crochet a spa set with is 100% cotton. This will allow for your sap projects to dry quickly after use.
Cotton is also a natural fiber and if you are looking to replace disposable bathroom products, sticking to a 100% cotton will reduce the shedding of microplastics that may happen with a cotton/acrylic blend yarn.
Most 100% cottons can feel a little rough on skin, so make sure that your projects are washed with fabric softener before the 1st use.
If you find that the 100% cotton is still too harsh or you have sensitive skin, you may find that a cotton acrylic blend will give you the softness you need to make it soft enough – remember, that even switching to reusable bathroom products will help reduce the amount of waste discarded – don’t feel overly pressured to used 100% cotton if it’s not suitable for your skin.
